Job Summary
We're looking for a technical support specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person if/when necessary

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CATCH Power devices and systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

2+ years of technical support experience

Strong understanding of electrical systems and concepts

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong documentation and organisational skills
